Privacy Policy, 5G Proxies USA

This notice is in force from October 10, 2026. It describes what 5G Proxies USA knows about you, why we keep it, who else can see it and for how long. The short version: we keep the records needed to run a prepaid proxy service and bill it correctly, we do not read or store the content of what passes through your line, we run no third-party trackers on our website, and you can ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion by email at any time.

What this notice covers

It covers the website at 5gproxiesusa.com, the dashboard, the mobile app, the API, our Telegram bot and support chats, and every line we rent out. Data is held by us as the operator of the service. Where a third party processes it on our behalf, that party is listed in the disclosure section below.

Account details

When you register we store your email address, a hashed password, the time and address of sign-up, and any name or company name you type in. The dashboard adds the lines you own, their carrier, city and tier, your API keys, your referral activity and the settings you choose, such as rotation timers and renewal preferences. Support tickets and the emails you send us are kept with the account so the next person who answers can see the history.

Paying us

Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal; neither card numbers nor PayPal credentials reach our servers. What we keep is the transaction reference, the amount, the currency, the date and the last digits or a token the processor returns. Crypto payments are recorded by the address and transaction hash that paid the invoice. Zelle and bank wire payments are matched by the sender name and reference you give us. Balance movements, invoices and refunds are logged against the account for as long as accounting law requires.

Traffic through your line

We do not inspect or store the content of requests that pass through a line. The proxy software writes connection metadata: the time of a connection, the client address that authenticated, the destination host, bytes in and out and the proxy port used. These logs let us answer abuse complaints, confirm that a line was up when you say it was down, and enforce fair use. They are kept for a short period, measured in days, and then discarded. Aggregate counters per line, such as total bytes per day, are kept for the life of the plan to show you usage in the dashboard.

Our website

The public site runs no advertising pixels, no analytics from outside companies and no social media widgets. Our own web server keeps standard access logs with the visiting address, the page requested, the time and the browser string, and these are rotated out after a short period. The free tools on the site, such as the IP check, process the address you connect from in order to show you a result and do not keep it afterward. Cookies are limited to the session cookie that keeps you logged in and a preference cookie for the dashboard.

Telegram

If you buy or ask for help through our Telegram bot, Telegram gives us your numeric user ID, your username and display name and the messages you send to the bot. We link the Telegram ID to your account so purchases and support history line up. Telegram itself processes those messages under its own policy, which we do not control. You can unlink Telegram from your account in the dashboard at any time.

Who receives your data

We share data only with processors that need it to deliver the service: the payment providers named above, the email provider that sends receipts and notices, and the hosting providers where the dashboard and logs run. Each of them is bound by a contract that limits use to our instructions. Beyond that, we disclose data only when a law, court order or lawful request from an authority requires it, and we tell you when we are allowed to. We do not sell data, rent lists or share data with advertisers.

How long we hold it

Connection logs: days, then deleted. Website access logs: a short rotation period. Account records: the life of the account plus a short period after closure, to handle disputes and reactivation requests. Payment and invoice records: the period accounting and tax law requires, which is years rather than months. Support conversations: the life of the account. When a retention period ends the record is deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you.

What you can ask us to do

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will send you a copy of what we hold, correct an error, or delete the account and everything we are not legally obliged to keep. We answer within a few days and confirm when the request is done. If you believe we have handled your data badly, tell us first; if you are not satisfied, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Questions

Do you log the websites I visit through the line?

We keep connection metadata such as destination host, time and byte counts for a few days to handle abuse reports and outage claims. We never store the content of requests or responses.

Is there any tracking on 5gproxiesusa.com?

No third-party trackers, pixels or analytics. Only our own server logs and the cookies the dashboard needs to keep you signed in.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from your account address. We remove everything except the payment records that accounting law requires us to keep.
