Refund Policy, 5G Proxies USA

This policy applies from October 10, 2026 to every plan sold by 5G Proxies USA. The idea behind it is simple: you pay for time on a dedicated carrier line, so you should only pay for the time you actually had. The rules below say what is refunded, how the amount is worked out, where the money goes and how to ask. Where a line went down because of us, the time is given back as credit without you having to argue for it.

The first 24 hours of a plan

A day, week or month plan can be cancelled for a full refund at any point inside the first 24 hours after activation. You do not need to give a reason. The usual ones are a city that does not geolocate the way your target needed, a carrier that a platform treats differently from what you expected, or a 5G signal at the modem that did not deliver the throughput your job needs. Tell support inside the window and the whole price comes back.

After the first day

After 24 hours, a week or month plan is refunded pro rata by whole unused days. We divide the price by the number of days in the term, multiply by the full days still remaining when you cancel, and refund that amount. A day plan has no unused days after its first 24 hours, so it is not refundable once that window closes. Partial days count as used.

Where refunds are paid

Refunds are credited to your dashboard balance first, which is immediate and lets you buy another line, move to another city or change tier without waiting. If you would rather have the money back in your wallet, card, PayPal account or bank, ask within 24 hours of the credit landing and we will send it the same way you paid, minus any network, processor or bank fee the transfer costs us. Crypto payouts go to an address you confirm in writing and are sent at the current rate on the day we send them.

Hourly purchases

An hourly line is refundable in full if it never came up: if you could not authenticate and pass traffic at all and support confirms the line was not working. Once the line has carried traffic and the first hour has elapsed, the purchase is not refundable, because the hours are the product and they have been delivered. If the line fails part way through a block of hours and we caused the failure, the lost hours are credited to your balance.

Outages we caused

When a line is down because of hardware, power, software or our own mistake, the downtime is added to your plan as credit, measured from when the outage began to when it was fixed, rounded up in your favor to the next hour on hourly plans and to the next day on longer plans where the outage crossed most of a day. Carrier-side events, such as a tower outage or a signal drop at the modem, are outside our control; we still try to help, usually by moving you to another city at no cost, but they are not credited as downtime. A fair-use slowdown or pause is not an outage.

Renewals made by mistake

If a plan renewed and you did not mean it to, write to us before the renewed term has been used. If no traffic has passed through the line in the new term, the renewal is refunded in full. If some traffic has passed, the pro rata rule above applies from the date you write to us. Turning off auto-renew in the dashboard stops this from happening again. Hourly purchases never auto-renew, so this section does not apply to them.

What is not refunded

Lines released for non-payment under the Terms of Service. Lines suspended or terminated for breach of the acceptable use rules. Time lost to a fair-use intervention. Hourly purchases after the first hour has elapsed on a working line. Plans refunded once already, where the same customer buys and cancels repeatedly. Amounts charged back to a card or PayPal: a chargeback closes the account until it is resolved, so ask us first and you will get a faster answer than the dispute process gives.

How to ask

Email [email protected] or message the Telegram bot with the line or order number and whether you want the refund as balance or in your wallet. Refund requests are answered by a person, usually within hours. Balance credits are applied as soon as the request is approved; wallet payouts take as long as the payment network takes, which ranges from minutes for crypto to several business days for a bank wire. If you think a decision was wrong, reply to the same thread and a second person will look at it.

Questions

I bought a month and want to stop after ten days. What do I get back?

The unused whole days, pro rata. The month price divided by the days in the term, times the days remaining, credited to your balance or sent to your wallet on request minus fees.

Can I get an hourly purchase refunded?

Only if the line never came up. Once it has carried traffic and the first hour has passed, the hours have been delivered and are not refundable. Hours lost to a fault on our side are credited.

How long does a wallet payout take?

Ask within 24 hours of the balance credit. Crypto arrives in minutes, card and PayPal in a few business days, bank wires in up to a week, less the fee the network charges us.
