Terms of Service, 5G Proxies USA

These terms apply from October 10, 2026 and cover every account, line and payment at 5G Proxies USA. By registering, loading a balance or pushing traffic through a line we assigned to you, you accept them. We have kept the language plain on purpose: a throughput product should come with terms you can read in the time a speed test takes to finish. If a clause is unclear, email [email protected] before you order and we will explain how it works day to day.

The line you are renting

A plan at 5G Proxies USA is the exclusive use of one US carrier line for the period you pay for. The line is a real SIM from T-Mobile, Verizon or AT&T, installed in hardware we own and operate in one of our US cities: a 5G or 4G USB modem, a cellular router or an Android handset. For the whole term that SIM carries your traffic and nobody else's. You pick the carrier, the city and the tier, 5G or 4G LTE, from what is in stock at checkout, and you pick the term: a block of hours, a day, a week or a month.

5G is sold as a tier, not as a promise of a number. A 5G line runs 50 Mbps and up when the modem has a good signal on the carrier's 5G layer, and it falls back to 4G speeds, usually 20 to 45 Mbps, when the carrier moves it to LTE or the signal weakens. Radio conditions, tower load and the carrier's own traffic management are outside our control, so no specific throughput, latency figure or IP address is guaranteed at any moment. What is guaranteed is the hardware, the SIM, your exclusive use of both, and the controls that go with them: HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 access, rotation on demand, and free moves between our cities.

Who may hold an account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it. Your dashboard login, API key and proxy credentials are yours to protect; whatever is done with them is treated as done by you until you tell us they have leaked, at which point we rotate them for you.

Paid in advance

Service is prepaid. You either pay for a plan at checkout or load a balance in the dashboard and spend from it. Day, week and month plans can be set to renew; when they are, the renewal is drawn ahead of the next term so the line stays up without a gap. Hourly purchases never renew on their own: when the paid hours run out, the line stops, and nothing further is charged unless you buy again. If you keep an hourly line going through a full day, the hours already paid count toward the day price. Prices may change over time, but never for a term you have already paid.

If a payment does not arrive

When a renewal or an invoice cannot be collected, we send you a notice and give you 24 hours to pay. If payment has not arrived by then, the line is suspended for a further 24 hours; your configuration and credentials are kept during the suspension. If the amount is still unpaid 48 hours after the notice, the line is released back into stock and the SIM may be assigned to another customer. Released lines are not refunded and cannot be recovered as the same line. Management may shorten this timeline where an account shows signs of fraud, chargeback abuse or repeated non-payment.

What you may not do

Our lines are for lawful work. You may not use them for fraud or deception of any kind, for attacks on networks or systems, for unauthorized access, for sending spam or unsolicited messages, for distributing malware, for any content that sexually exploits minors, or for any activity that is illegal where you are or where the target is. You may not resell a line to a third party without our written agreement, and you may not use a line to get around a carrier's own terms. If we receive a credible abuse report, we may suspend the line while we look into it, and we will tell you what was reported.

Unlimited data and the fair use rule

Every plan comes with unlimited data and no gigabyte meter. The point is to let you run throughput-heavy work without counting bytes: media QA, large page captures, automated test suites, multi-threaded checks. It is not a licence to turn a carrier SIM into a bulk transfer pipe. Sustained download pipes, streaming relays, torrent seeding, file mirrors and similar transfer-only workloads are outside fair use. Where we see them, we may slow the line, pause it or suspend the plan, and we will contact you first when we can. A fair-use intervention is not downtime for the purposes of the Refund Policy, and we do not publish a fixed volume at which it begins, because the trigger is the pattern, not a number.

Our liability and yours

We provide the lines as they are and as available. We do not promise that a website or platform will accept traffic from any address, that an address will stay the same for a given time, or that the carrier will not change its network. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event that gave rise to it. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect loss. You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of a line in breach of these terms.

Ending the relationship

You may stop at any time by letting a plan expire or by asking us to cancel; refunds follow the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate a line or an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment under the timeline above, for abuse reports we judge credible, or where a carrier or the law requires it. On termination for breach, unused time is not refunded.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the dated version on this page is the one in force, and material changes are announced in the dashboard before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we are organized, and disputes go to the courts there unless the law where you live gives you a right you cannot waive. Questions, notices and complaints go to [email protected], which is read by people around the clock.

Questions

Does buying a 5G line guarantee 5G speed?

No. It guarantees a 5G-capable modem and SIM used by you alone. Throughput depends on signal at the modem; a good signal gives 50 Mbps and up, and the line falls back to 4G LTE when the carrier moves it there.

What happens if my renewal fails?

You get a notice and 24 hours to pay. After that the line is suspended for 24 hours, and at 48 hours after the notice it is released to stock without a refund. Pay inside the window and nothing changes.

Can I run large transfers on unlimited data?

Large transfers as part of real work, yes. Sustained bulk transfer such as download pipes, streaming relays, torrent seeding or mirrors is outside fair use and may be slowed, paused or suspended.
